This is one of the best parts on your house. After finishing facade you can really see how your house will look. This was busy time for me, because we need to organize truck’s with material from Latvia and it need to be here on the same time when workers for facade and inside are coming from Latvia to. My house looks like I was imagine, to be honest I always had a good imagination đ Still missing grey line in between doors and window, but that will come later. (Now the grey lines are on, this article was in draft for long period đ )
Guys for facade was working fast, house was done in 2 weeks, but they did 2 houses in 2 weeks, so for one house 1 week – 4 people team. This was because of the no difficult corners.

Is is so much cheapier to order raw materials and workforce from LV than use local?

Thanks. It is a lot cheaper to buy in Latvia then here, 50% of material I did bought in LV. And for facade difference was arround 30k : 10k
